We aim to provide patients with the best care possible with the resources available to us.  

This website is to help provide you with the information you may require to access our services.

Our surgery is operating within our normal opening hours, however, if you feel you need to see the GP you will need to telephone the surgery in the first instance where you will be added to the GP telephone Triage list, the GP will then telephone you back and assess your need for an appointment.

If appropriate the GP will offer you an appointment which are only available at the Doctors discretion.

Please ensure that your TELEPHONE NUMBER is up to date and please ensure that you are available to take the Doctors call. 

In line with many local GP surgeries Ardmore is moving TEMPORARILY to FULL TELEPHONE TRIAGE in order to help manage the current Coronavirus situation. 

Please note: If you require a doctor outside gp hours the number is 028 90796220, this number is for emergencies only.

Prescriptions 

Please order repeat prescriptions 7 days in advance. Please nominate a preferred local pharmacy who will collect your prescription from the surgery. 

Our reception staff can advise you of local pharmacists who collect regularly from our surgery. 

 If the Doctor has issued you an urgent/acute prescription this can be collected in person from the surgery by pressing the intercom buzzer on the yellow door. 

If you are currently self isolating with suspected Coronavirus you will need to send someone on your behalf to collect prescriptions or medications.
